MCMC is a 501c3 nonprofit and will be a self sustaining. We need $150,000 to make it possible. 

The funds is to cover the cost to build our first home. Like other non profits, MCMC does not give homes away, but will make them affordable. Our plan is to build a home and sell it to a low income displaced homeowner for $150,000 or less and replenish our funds by selling their old home. 

With the different resources and partners MCMC has, we will build for less than what we sell the home for, which replenish the funds used and any excess funds go to building more homes and other MCMC programs.

This is why all those who contribute to this first $150,000 are Legacy Donors, because their donations will forever revolve back into San Antonio communities.
