How the Process Works
1. Sign Up Early
Submit your information so you can receive updates before the next protest deadline.
2. Review Your Property
Your property value, exemptions, and possible protest options are reviewed.
3. Confirm Eligibility
You may qualify for free representation, reduced maximum fees, or standard contingency-based representation.
4. Protest Is Filed
If representation is accepted and a protest is appropriate, your protest is filed before the deadline.
5. Evidence Is Prepared
Market data, property condition information, photos, and other evidence may be used.
6. Results Are Shared
If your value is reduced and there are tax savings, the service fee is based on actual savings and any applicable fee cap.
Make Sure You Have Every Available Exemption
Many homeowners pay more than they should because they do not have all available exemptions.
Common exemptions may include:
- Homestead exemption
- Over-65 exemption
- Disabled person exemption
- Disabled veteran exemption

We can help point homeowners toward exemption education and available public resources.
